Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. evocasino uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them will be forfeited.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. evocasino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify evocasino immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. evocasino is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.
3.5 Account Currency. All evocasino accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. All transactions, balances, and winnings are displayed and processed in PHP.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. evocasino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine bank transfers as listed on the Platform. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your evocasino account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. evocasino does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. evocasino reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. evocasino complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). 5.1 General Bonus Terms. evocasino may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each bonus are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game types (such as live dealer games or specific table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. evocasino reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting any error or loophole in a promotion.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified time period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. evocasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All games offered on evocasino that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
6.2 Return to Player. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. Actual returns may vary from the stated RTP over any given session or period of play.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. 6.4 Disconnection Policy. 6.5 Game Decisions Final. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, evocasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if evocasino has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.4 Maximum Liability. In no event shall evocasino's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your evocasino account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.5 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the Platform. evocasino is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and evocasino arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. 13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.4 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe evocasino has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR, the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect. Closing your account after the effective date of revised Terms will not exempt you from the revised Terms with respect to activity that occurred prior to account closure.
